  • This data includes email address, role, organisation size and sector.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To provide you a personalised survey result.
  • To analyse data at an aggregate level to share trend data where no individual or organisation can be identified.
  • To share information and updates from Seven with you.

How we store your personal information

Your personal information is securely stored on our host server managed byTsohost of 5th floor, The Shipping Building, Old Vinyl Factory, 252–254 Blyth Road, Hayes, Middlesex UB3 1HA, England. Your survey responses are stored by Hyper Targeted Marketing Limited, care of Hillier Hopkins LLP First floor, Radius House, 51 Clarendon Road, Watford WD17 1HP, England. We keep your survey data indefinitely. We will dispose of your personal and/or survey information at any time, at your request, by deleting the record.

Your data protection rights

Your right of access — you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification — you have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
